Reservations can be made online via our online request form.  We will confirm your request with an email or phone call.  Reservations can also be made by calling 1-800-995-8285 (toll free) or 1-250-752-6671.

All reservations require a deposit.  We accept Visa and MasterCard.

Nightly bookings require the equivalent of a one night stay for a deposit.  Weekly bookings require a $200 deposit for each week booked.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy for nightly deposits is 14 days prior to your arrival date.

If we receive a cancellation notice 14 days prior to your reservation date we will refund your deposit in full.  If no cancellation notice is given 14 days prior to your expected arrival date you will forfeit your one night deposit.

Our cancellation policy for weekly rentals is 30 days prior to your arrival date.

If we receive a cancellation notice 30 days prior to your arrival date we will refund your deposit in full.  If no cancellation notice is received 30 days prior to your expected arrival date you will forfeit your $200 deposit.

Check in time is 3:00 pm.  Check out time is 10:00 am.
