Seaview Beach Resort is the perfect blend of island charm and modern comforts. It has been a favorite destination since the early 1930’s. Our oceanside resort has kindled adventures, lifelong friendships, and memories.
All eight of our seaside cottages are cozy and unique. The cottages range in size from open design studio, to one, two or three bedroom cabins. Each cottage has a private entrance and deck, with a picnic table, umbrella, chairs, and propane BBQ.
Each cottage has a fully equipped kitchenette:
- full-size fridge and stove
- microwave
- toaster
- coffee maker
- kettle
- cook ware
- dishes, glasses, and utensils.
Bed linens and bath towels are included.
Cottages #7 & #8 have bathtubs as well as showers. T.V.s and hairdryers are in each cabin. We have free Wi-Fi and cable T.V. On site is a coin-operated laundry facility, and iron & board for your use.
Our cottages are all at sea level, just footsteps to the beach. This makes for convenient access for your kayak, paddleboard, canoe, picnic, or beach toys. Our grassy area allows for bocce, volleyball, larger group activities, or games. For paddlers, snorkelers, and swimmers we boast the warmest ocean waters in all of Canada. On the beach is our popular “communal fire pit” with plenty of firewood and kindling. In the evening you can revel in amazing stargazing, by the crackling campfire and lapping waves.
Seaview Beach Resort is located three kilometres north of the village of Qualicum Beach. In town or near-by you’ll find all the conveniences: gift shops, restaurants, galleries, golf courses, mini-golf, waterslides, playgrounds, services stations. We have one of finest natural sand & cobblestone beaches on the east side of Vancouver Island, nestled between Little Qualicum River Estuary and the Strait of Georgia (The Salish Sea). Our panoramic views include the smaller islands, coastal mountains, and the vast waters of the strait. You’ll enjoy viewing maritime and land creatures, as we have an abundance of flora and fauna. It’s a paradise for birders, explorers, photographers, and beachcombers.
