Reservation Policy
Minimum 2 night stay required for reservation. One night stays are welcome as a drop-in
July and August we book weekly from Sat to Sat
Reservations of one week or longer will be given priority booking status for all units.3 day minimum booking may apply during holiday weekends.
Specific units may be requested at time of booking, however they cannot be guaranteed.
Reservations will be held for ten days from the date of the booking, pending the receipt of a deposit.
Reservations will not be held for guests failing to arrive as scheduled.
Deposits
On stays of one week or longer, a deposit of $200.00 per reserved week is required.
On stays of less than 1 week, a deposit equivalent to one night's rental is required.
Deposits are accepted by Visa, Master Card or personalized cheque.
Cancelation Policy
Cancellation must be made prior to arrival date. 30 days notice is required for stays week or longer. If the required notice is not received, a deposit of $200.00 per week booked will be forfeited. 5 days notice is required for stays of less than 1 week. If the required notice is not received deposit of 1 nights' rental will be forfeited.
Day Visitors
Please have your family and friends who are visiting park their vehicles out on the road-side.
Seaview only has parking for one vehicle per unit. Parking is along the fence with your cabins' number.
During the busy time we ask that you do not park between ocean front cabins.
Day visitors wishing to remain at the Resort overnight should contact management prior to 6:00 pm.
Management reserves the right to limit the number of guests occupying a unit.
